Yoga for All.

The very coolest thing about yoga is that it can be modified for any body. No matter the style I might teach on a given day, from restorative to an advanced aerial class, I sequence them all through consideration of chronic pain. So, spare that doubting voice in your head and come join me on the mat.

In-Person Mat Classes

I teach an array of styles throughout the week – If you are in the Mpls/St.Paul area, come drop in.

My current rotation includes Gently Yoga, Vinyasa Level 1 & Alignment classes.

Every style of yoga class I teach is sequenced to consider bodies in chronic pain. We build postures from the modification up and use a ton of props!

In-Person Aerial Yoga

I’ve got a regular schedule of aerial yoga workshops and 4-week series that I teach out of the Yoga Center Retreat in St. Louis Park, MN.

Don’t be scared! This style, just like every style of yoga, is highly adaptable, even if you live in chronic pain.

Online Classes

Take classes on your timeline and in your jammies! Not only do online classes afford a ton of flexibility for you, they also allow me to dive deeper into specific topics and greatly vary the time format of a typical class.

Everything from short 5min tutorials to 75min full classes. With topics spanning from ‘yoga for arthritis’ to ‘happy hour yoga.’

Audio Recordings

I dont know about you, but I’ve got my eyes closed during 90% of the yoga I take – allowing my other senses to heighten.

So I’ve made a catalog of voice recordings; some full classes, meditations, some just sounds. I also will soon have recordings of custom yoga music I’ve recorded!
