Description
Some days feet hurt, some days they dont function at all! But that should not stop you from getting your yoga on! This 75-minute Gentle Yoga class omits weight baring of the feet. Note that this is still an ambulatory movement class, not quite restorative or chair yoga.
Recommended props for class: something cozy to sit on (blankets, cushion, etc) & a chair.
Every class ends with a long, luxurious savasana. I encourage you to stay for the whole thing. Savasana has a long list of benefits including, but not limited to: stress reduction, better sleep, lower cholesterol & balanced blood pressure.
