A Literal Heavyweight

Yoga sandbags offer a blend of grounding, support & relaxation. Just as their name suggests, they are small fabric bags filled with sand, typically weighing 10lbs each. These weighted props can be placed on various parts of the body to provide gentle pressure, promoting a sense of stability and calm. They are especially useful in restorative & yin yoga.
