This week’s class is 45 minutes dedicated to conditioning and stretching the arches, ankles & calves – with a flare (pun intended) for plantar fasciitis.
Recommended props for class today: one fuzzy dog, 2 blocks, a strap & something cozy to sit/kneel on
Every class ends with a long, luxurious savasana. I encourage you to stay for the whole thing. Savasana has a long list of benefits including, but not limited to: stress reduction, better sleep, lower cholesterol & balanced blood pressure.
